Customer Help: Shipping

We keep a very large inventory of parts. Orders received before 3:00 Eastern Time will be shipped that day. We ship by FedEx, UPS and US Postal Service. Depending upon your location, you will typically receive your order for these in stock items within 1 – 5 business days.  If your order must be completed by more than one shipment, because an item is out-of-stock, you will only be charged once for freight.

Occasionally, we may be in between shipments and there could be a temporary delay. If you have requested “ship complete only”, we will notify you if an item is on backorder. You have the option to change to "ship partial". As previously mentioned, if your order must be completed by more than one shipment, because an item is out-of-stock, you will only be charged once for freight.

Our Shipping & Handling Charges are as follows:

Merchandise orders up to $50.00 = $9.95
Merchandise orders of $50.01 and over = $14.95
 

Freight rates are for US 48 states only.

• Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and US Virgin Islands: There is an additional charge of $15.00.
• Shipments to Canada: There is an additional charge of $29.95. Also, the Buyer is responsible for all customs fees, duties, and other taxes. Typically, these are paid to the appropriate government agency upon receipt of the merchandise.

Should you desire to have your parts shipped express, there are two options:

PLEASE NOTE: Express Shipping is not available to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands and Canada.

Next Day is $35.00 in addition to the Shipping & Handling Charge.
2nd Day is $25.00 in addition to the Shipping & Handling Charge.

This is based upon business days and does not include Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays nor deliveries on them.
