Customer Help: Order Cancellation

It is important that you call us at once to cancel an order completely or any part of it. Most shipments are made within 24 hours of being placed. Our telephone number is at the top of the page. Have your order number ready.

If it has been shipped, please follow these return instructions.

• Please call us to get Return Goods Authorization (RGA) #. Write this number on the carton. You pay the return freight.

• Returns less than 30 days from shipping date: No restocking charge.
  Returns 31-60 days from shipping date: 25% restocking charge.

• No Returns accepted after 60 days from shipping date or without RGA #.

• Refunds, less any restocking charge, will be issued to your credit card when the part is received. Freight charges are not refundable.

• If you ordered the incorrect part, follow the same procedure above and order the correct one from our internet shopping cart.
