Customer Help: Shipping

We keep a very large inventory of parts. Orders received before 3:00 Eastern Time will be shipped that day. UPS is our primary shipper, and depending upon your location, you will typically receive your order for these in stock items within 1 – 5 business days.

Occasionally, we may be in between shipments and there could be a temporary delay. If you have requested “ship complete only”, we will notify you if an item is on backorder.

Our Shipping & Handling Charges are as follows:

Merchandise orders up to $50.00 = $9.95
Merchandise orders of $50.01 - $249.99 = $14.95
Merchandise orders of $250.00 and over = $19.95

• Freight rates are for US 48 states only.

• Shipments to Canada: There is an additional charge of $29.95. Also, the Buyer is responsible for all customs fees, duties, taxes and other. Typically, these are paid to the appropriate govenment agency upon receipt of the merchandise.

Should you desire to have your parts shipped express, there are two options:

Next Day is $35.00 in addition to the Shipping & Handling Charge.
2nd Day is $25.00 in addition to the Shipping & Handling Charge.

This is based upon business days and does not include Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays nor deliveries on them.
