Customer Help: Shipping
We keep a very large inventory of products. Orders for in-stock items received before 3:00 PM Eastern Time Monday - Friday will be shipped that day. We do not ship or deliver on Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays.
- We ship by FedEx, UPS and US Postal Service. Based upon your location, you will typically receive your order for these in-stock items within 2 – 6 business days.
- Items ordered may sometimes be shipped from different warehouses; however, you will not pay any extra shipping & handling.
Occasionally, we may be temporarily out of stock on an item. We will email you the estimated ship time.
See below:
- If you selected "Partial shipments are acceptable", we will send the in-stock items now and the backorder ones when received.
- If you selected "Ship complete", you can change to "Ship partial".
- If your order must be completed by more than one shipment, because an item is out-of-stock, you will not pay any extra shipping & handling.
- You can cancel the order before shipping and receive a full refund.

All Merchandise Orders: $14.95
- We ship to the 48 United States; Alaska & Hawaii are excluded.
Our Express Shipping & Handling Charges
- Next Day: $155.00 in addition to the $14.95 Shipping & Handling; Total $169.95
- 2nd Day: $85.00 in addition to the $14.95 Shipping & Handling; Total $99.95
This time frame is based upon business days and does not include Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays. Deliveries are not made on these days.
The Checkout Page has a chart that explains when you will receive an express order based upon when it came in. In many cases, Standard Shipping may be the best value.
Orders placed from 3:00 PM Friday through Sunday will ship on Monday.
