Customer Help: Order Cancellation

It is important that you call us at once to cancel an order completely or any part of it. Most shipments are made within 24 hours of being placed. Our telephone number is at the top of the page. Have your order number ready.

If it has not been shipped, we will cancel the order and issue a complete refund to your credit card.

If it has been shipped, and you still do not want it, we will initiate a return.

You will be issued a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) #. Write this number on the carton. You pay the return freight. Ship it PREPAID to the address we give you. Freight Collect shipments will not be accepted. Please properly pack up the items and securely tape the box for shipping. Items damaged due to improper packing will not receive a refund.

Returns less than 30 days from shipping date: No restocking charge.
Returns 31-60 days from shipping date: 25% restocking charge.

  • No Returns accepted after 60 days from shipping date or without RGA #.

  • Refunds, less any restocking charge, will be issued to your credit card when the part is received and inspected. Freight charges are not refundable.
