Seals vinyl with or without a patch and small cracks in gunite or plaster; can be used underwater.

Use to repair cracks in ABS & PVC pipes, valves and skimmers. To determine if your parts for repair are one or the other, add some PVC primer or cleaner to a small spot. If it softens, you are ready to proceed. Mix pellets with PVC primer on a 1 to 1 basis in a clean glass or jar until it gets to a syrupy consistency. If too thick add more primer. If crack is strictly surface, bevel it out a bit and brush a small amount at a time onto area. Let dry before applying more. Final dry time should be at least over night for small cracks and 24 hours or more for large ones. This may not be a "forever" fix, but it can last a long time for low cost and not a lot of work.
